How I can create a Thearpeutic Arts Center? I do not know where to begin funding in the UK …?

There are a group of us who are trained in art therapy and couselling long-term chronic illness … we want to settle in a community to help others going through the same thing …. where to start? Any advice much appreciated.

Hmm, I can only feel that funding is unlikely to from the NHS, for example. You have to write letters asking for, (which are e-mail account) perpahs companies or celebrities who may have an interest in particular the type of clients you expect to treat. For example, in the case of people with MS, the pursuit of celebrities who have had experience, or a family member or friend MS. Before doing so, however, you must have a clear plan of how the center is expected to run – where, how, what, when, etc., and basically This would give the local community. You need to sell themselves, and if you have some proof, perhaps because the research during their training about the arts can benefit people with chronic long-term, the better! Fundraising is a good starting point as well. You have to open a business account. Maybe one or all you could do a course of "setting up" business through evening classes. There is so much involved, but with a group you, the workload will be matched. I wish all the luck in the world.
